Shipping Partners
BarrelVibes partners with major international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, and UPS. These carriers work together with local delivery partners to provide door-to-door shipping worldwide.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to most countries.
Please note that selected African destinations require an additional $25 shipping fee due to higher delivery costs. These destinations currently include:
Ghana
Nigeria
Kenya
Mauritius
Seychelles
Order Review & Payment Verification
Before shipping, all orders and payments are subject to review and approval. This process may take several business days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Stock Availability
In rare cases, certain items may be delayed due to stock shortages. We always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During major holidays, periods of high demand, or when your order includes popular items with temporary stock limitations, processing may take longer.
Once your order begins processing, no changes can be made, including changes to the shipping address. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.
We only ship on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as a general guide only. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates, depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers may take time to scan the package into their system.
If it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you have not received tracking information, please contact us at info@barrelvibes.com.
Delays
While we always do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, severe weather, holidays, labor disruptions, or local delivery conditions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BarrelVibes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue or file a claim.
When reviewing damage or delivery-related claims, we may use the tracking history, delivery confirmation, and timestamp information provided by the carrier. Claims not reported in a timely manner may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes. If the order has already entered processing, we cannot retrieve it for an address correction.
Packaging
For logistical reasons, some items may be shipped in separate packages, even when purchased together.
